Women's Lacrosse Downed By Lander
Lander got out to the early lead an never looked back after they outscored the Lady Indians 12-2 in the first half. Ella McCusker and Caroline Falcone scored the lone two goals for Catawba in the first thirty minutes.
The Lady Indians and Bearcats each scored six times in the second half, with five different players getting in the scoring column for Catawba. Isabella Lehr, Gracie Hubbard, Colleen Green, Caroline Falcone, and McCusker all scored in the second half.
Lander went on to win the game, 18-8.
The women's lacrosse team will be back in action on April 6th when they travel to Wingate.
