Catawba moves to 1-1-1, while the Braves are now 2-2-1. The Braves jumped ahead 1-0 on an unassisted Michael Barnhorst goal 13 minutes into the contest, but Catawba battled back and knotted the score at one goal apiece thanks to a Gareth Turnbull (Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND) goal assisted by Tyler Kulp (Ephrata, PA) at the 42-minute mark. The Indians then took the lead 2-1 at the 74-minute mark on Turnbullís second goal of the night. The second tally was assisted by Zay-Zay Gilewala (Monrovia, LIBERIA). UNCP did not give up, scoring back-to-back goals to tie and take a 3-2 lead thanks to a Bjorn Beck header at 83:12 and a Mustapha El MíHassani assisted goal by John Cooper with only 2:28 remaining in regulation. The Indians, however, were able to knot the score at 3-3 with only two ticks left on the clock.
