Lowe earns All-SAC honors in Men's Golf
ROCK HILL, SC -- Catawba College senior Richard Lowe (Johnson City, TN) has been named to the South Atlantic Conference Men’s Golf All-SAC second team. It was announced on Friday by the league office.
Lowe has posted the Triabe’s lowest stroke average over the season at 76.79 and recently finished third at the Carolina Sands Intercollegiate after firing a career-low 69 in the opening round. Lowe has two other top 10 finishes on the season.
The 2006 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Men’s and Women’s Golf Tournament begins Monday at Lake Hickory Country Club at Catawba Springs in Hickory, N.C., with 36 holes of competition. The final 18 holes will be Tuesday.
