Men's Soccer Loses 3-2 to #4 Lincoln Memorial
Villiard tallies goals #12t and #13 in loss
HARROGATE, TN -- The Catawba men’s soccer team lost another tough battle with a nationally ranked team as the Indians fell 3-2 at #4 Lincoln Memorial on Saturday afternoon at Gibbs Field. The Railsplitters improve to 12-2 overall and 5-0 in the SAC, while the Catawba Indians fall to 5-9 and 1-4.

Villiard struck on a penalty kick in the 28th minute then the senior tallied his 13th goal of the season in the 42nd minute on a breakaway. The lead lasted only four minutes into the second when Nelson Pizzaro took a long pass from Alves to net the equalizer.
Pizarro would assist on the game-winner to Felipe Nogueira with just under 10 minutes to play. Brent Cole made three saves in goal for LMU. Ross Willard (
