Trexler Garners SAC Football Special Teams Player of Week Honor
ROCK HILL, SC -- Catawba kicker Thomas Trexler (Wilmington, NC/New Hanover HS) was one of three selected as South Atlantic Conference Football Players of the Week for the week ending October 18, 2009. Trexler, a sophomore, made two first-half field goals (39 & 36 yards) and was perfect on five PAT attempts in the 41-27 win at Tusculum.
