Women's Tennis Picks Up Easy Win at Lees-McRae

BANNER ELK, NC -- Catawba defeated a short-handed Lees-McRae squad 8-1 in women’s tennis action on Thursday afternoon.  The Catawba Indians improve to 4-0, while the Bobcats fall to 0-1.

Lees-McRae had only three players so Catawba won five points by forfeit.  Liz Renteria (Mirmar, FL/Archbishop McCarthy HS) won in both singles and doubles for the Lady Indians.
