Weather Wreaks Havoc on Weekend Athletic Schedule
Two days of snow has wiped out all of Catawba's scheduled home events for this weekend. Softball postponed Saturday's doubleheader with UNC Pembroke and cancelled Sunday's doubleheader with Shippensburg. Women's lacrosse has postponed its game with Mount Olive and will likely be made up next week. The tennis teams postponed the matches with Anderson until April 4.
The men's lacrosse team pushed back its game at Mount Olive until Monday at 3:30 pm. Baseball is currently still planning to play its three-game series at Brevard. The teams are scheduled to play a single game Saturday at 2 pm and the doubleheader on Sunday afternoon.
