Men's Basketball Tabbed Fifth in Preseason SAC Poll
ROCK HILL, S.C. (TheSAC.com) -- Catawba was picked fifth in the 2015-16 South Atlantic Conference Men’s Basketball preseason coaches' poll. The Catawba Indians picked up 93 points and were tied with Newberry in the poll released by the conference office on Tuesday. Sophomore Jerrin Morrison (Charlotte, N.C./E. Mecklenburg HS) was named to the preseason All-SAC second team.

The 2015-16 men’s basketball season gets underway on Friday Nov. 13. Catawba opens the season against Francis Marion in the SAC/PBC Challenge on Nov. 13th at 11:30 am.
