Catawba regrouped for set three and with an ace from Allison Benton (High Springs, Fla./St. Francis) and back-to-back blocks from Garrison, the Lady Indians pulled ahead 7-2.  A Hurtado kills made it 13-6 and Howard’s kills upped the margin to 19-11.  Anderson went on a 5-0 run late to close the gap to 22-17, but a kill from Garrison and a kill and solo block from Rachel Stanford (Mechanicsville, Va./Atlee) closed out the set.

The Lady Indians took a 9-5 lead in the fourth set, but it was a tight battle throughout.  Anderson tied it at 11-all on an ace from Emily Conlin, but the Lady Indians used a 4-0 run to go up 15-11.   The Lady Indians held the lead until Anderson tied at 23-all on a kill by Serena Jackson.
