Leading 16-15, Coker began to move away late in the opening set. A kill by Alexis Berles and two from Annie Mansfield started a 5-0 run that upped the lead to 21-15. Catawba closed within 23-19 before an error and a combo block from du Bray and Bethany Prochnow ended the set.

The second was back-and-forth until another 5-0 run pushed Coker to the set win. Tied at 19-all, Bingle had a kill and a block then another block after a Catawba error. Prochnow’s kill ended the set.

Catawba dominated the third set, leading 5-0 and 12-3 after a kill from Brooks. Coker made it 21-15 after an ace from Bingle, but Allie Grubb and Brooks had kills to help end the set.
