Eakes Dominates Face-Offs to Propel Men's Lacrosse Into SAC Tournament

SALISBURY, N.C. -- Catawba secured its spot in the upcoming South Atlantic Conference Men’s Lacrosse Tournament with a 14-10 victory over visiting Tusculum on Saturday night at Shuford Stadium.  The Catawba Indians avoided a draw to break a three-way tie had they lost, improving to 6-8 overall and 4-4 in the SAC. The Pioneers fall to 4-9 and 2-6.
