Harris-Morgan Named as New Catawba Head Softball Coach
SALISBURY, NC -- Catawba College Director of Athletics, Larry Leckonby, has announced that Amanda ‘Mandy’ Harris-Morgan has been hired as the school’s new Head Softball Coach. “We are excited to have someone with Mandy’s credentials come to Catawba to lead our Softball program” said Leckonby. “Mandy has been a successful player and coach in this Region for many years, and we look forward to welcoming her, Mike and Parker into the Catawba family.”

“I am so thankful to Mr. Leckonby and the committee for allowing me the opportunity to coach at Catawba,” stated Harris-Morgan. “Coach [Nan] Whitley and her family took great care in building this program over many years. I am really looking forward to getting to meet the team, the department and the community.”
