Men's Tennis drops 6-3 decision to Wayne State

SALISBURY, NC – Catawba College took a 2-1 lead into singles play, but couldn’t hold on as Wayne State University won five of the six singles matches en route to a 6-3 win Friday afternoon at the Johnson Tennis Center. #2 doubles consisting of Eric Noll (Monmouth Junction, NJ) and Alvin Owusu (Powder Springs, GA) picked up an 8-6 victory as did the #3 doubles team of Geoff Fouad (Missouri City, TX) and Drew Ramsey (Raliegh, NC). Noll picked up the only singles win for the Tribe. Wayne State remains perfect on the year at 11-0, while Catawba drops to 5-4.
