(3/7/13) McPhail and Bully Earn SAC Women's Basketball First Team Honors  ROCK HILL, SC -- Catawba junior Antoinette McPhail (Timmonsville, SC/Darlington HS/Paine) and sophomore Chloe Bully (Hannut, BELGIUM) were named to the first team All-South Atlantic Conference Women’s Basketball Team. It was announced by the league office on Wednesday.
 | (3/6/13) Women's Basketball Sees Season End With First Round Tourney Loss  SALISBURY, NC -- Tusculum dominated the boards as the sixth-seeded Pioneers upset third-seeded Catawba 53-47 in overtime in a first round game of the 2013 Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Women’s Basketball Tournament on Wednesday night at Goodman Gym. The Pioneers improve to 15-12 and will advance to a Saturday semifinal in Greenville, SC. The Catawba Indians end their season at 16-11.
 | (3/2/13) Late Surge Pushes Women's Basketball Past LMU 
HARROGATE, TN -- After leading for much of the game, Catawba had to rally back late in the contest to claim a 60-56 win over host Lincoln Memorial in South Atlantic Conference women's basketball action on Saturday night at Turner Arena. The Catawba Indians improve to 16-10 overall and 12-6 in the SAC while securing the #3 spot for the upcoming league tournament and will host Tusculum on Wednesday at 7 p.m. The Lady Railsplitters fall to 14-14 and 7-11.
 | (2/25/13) May Named SAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week  ROCK HILL, SC -– Heading into the final week of the SAC basketball regular season, Catawba forward Taylor May (China Grove, NC/S. Rowan HS) and Carson-Newman guard Ishmael Sanders have been selected as the conference’s Players of the Week. It was announced on Monday by the league office.
