(10/20/09) Women's Golf Places Sixth at St. Leo Inv.  SAINT LEO, FL -- Catawba finished fifth out of nine teams at the Saint Leo Invitational women’s golf tournament which concluded on Tuesday at the 6,037-yard, Par-72 Lake Jovita Golf and Country Club. Florida Southern took the team title by 53 shots over West Florida with a 613 total. Catawba shot a 677.
 | (10/16/09) Catawba Selected to Host 2010 Super 2 Women's Golf Regional  SALISBURY, NC -- Catawba College has been awarded the 2010 NCAA II Super Region 2 Women’s Golf Tournament. The 54-hole event will be held from May 2-4 at the Country Club of Salisbury. The tournament will consist of nine teams and four individuals.

SALISBURY, NC -- Catawba finished seventh out of 11 teams at the 2009 Patsy Rendleman Invitational women’s golf tournament which concluded on Tuesday at the 5,983-yard, Par-72 Country Club of Salisbury. Newberry held off a second-day charge by Belmont Abbey to claim the title by two shots with a score of 617. Catawba had a 654 score.
 | (10/6/09) Babos Takes Runner-Up Finish at LR/Myrle Beach Women's Golf Inv.  MYRTLE BEACH, SC – Catawba finished eighth out of 13 teams at the Lenoir-Rhyne/Myrtle Beach Invitational, which concluded on Tuesday at the 5,802-yard, Par-72 Meadowlands Golf Course. Newberry took top honors at the event with a 611 total, topping Wingate by 13 strokes. Catawba had a score of 665.
