Track and Field is finally back at Catawba and we need your help to continue to grow and expand opportunities for our student-athletes. In recent years Catawba has transitioned from a Men’s and Women’s Cross Country only program, which is a fall sport, to a full Cross Country/Indoor & Outdoor Track and Field program which covers Fall, Winter and Spring. The roster has grown to over 60 athletes from all over the country who specialize in everything from the pole vault to the hammer throw to the sprints and distance events.

SALISBURY, N.C. -- Catawba College announced Jan. 9 that it has exceeded one of its first-priority goals in its current MIND BODY SOUL Campaign for Growth. The fund-raising campaign, kicked off in mid-October, raised more than $221,000 in two months for lights for the Whitley Softball Field. Work on the project is expected to be completed by mid-April.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Catawba jumped into the pool with two-time defending national champion Queens for a dual swim meet on Friday night at the Levine Center. The Royal men, ranked second in NCAA II, picked up a 166-37 victory, while the women, ranked #1, grabbed a 165-40 win over the Catawba Indians.

Football: Three Earn Hansen All-Region Football Honors Football

BROOKFIELD, Ill. -- Catawba put three players on the 2018 Don Hansen All-Super Region Two Football Teams. Earning honors were senior tight end, Jourdan Osinskie, senior offensive guard, Qiunzavious Sands, and senior running back, Kenyatta Greene. The teams were announced on Friday. Osinskie and Sands were second team picks, while Greene earned third team honors as an all-purpose back.
